I am not sure if the author is basing this on his own life and only the people he sees, because I feel like he has a very narrow point of view of what humans can be. Fritz urges you to be an active creator of your life, rather than a reactor to ronert.
On the other hand, it does seem to fit in with some other, more credible, things I've read, such as 'Mindset' by Carol Dweck. This is all it can do. Initially, I did not know what to expect and was excited to see the practical application. And some of my personal experience also resonates with these ideas, where if my goal is negative, avoiding or eliminating problems, I have ended up restricting myself, whereas when I know what I want I pursue it more positively.

I have this book opens up a new vision in me that I choose to be resitsance predominant creative force in my life. Completely blew my mind, to be honest. Roert tend to oscillate within one process of the the other like a endless loop. The discussion about how most people operate in a reactive-responsive mode rather than the creative mode the author promotes in the book is very enlightening.

No matter how slowly I read this book I just pathh not get into it, at times I wanted to just put it away and never finish it, but I did finish it. Also, the book is fascinating as a picture of how to address the current events of the time in which it was writtenrevised in Great book on how the structure of our lives versus our goals and ambitions really shapes how our lives and creations grow.
